This tea has a unique milky flavour that's a caused by a temperature shift during the tea's harvest season from March to to December. 100g. 

FLAVOUR NOTES: sweet milk character with additional orchid and butter notes.

CAFFEINE CONTENT: Low

STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS:Bring cold water to a rolling boil. Use 1 slightly heaping teaspoon of loose tea for each 7-9oz.  Use a filter that is large enough to allow the leafs to unfurl or alternatively put into the teapot and strain as you pour.

Briefly infuse with freshly boiled water and then pour off. Re-infuse the tea and pour after about 1 minute or longer to taste. This is the perfect tea for resteeping.
