¾ OZ. was founded by two great friends: Hannah Palmer, a trained chemist, ex bartender and professional photographer, and Alexandrine Lemaire, an industrial designer. At first, the two friends started making tonic syrup as a creative project that would combine their love of high craft cocktails and design. Their portfolio project became an instant hit, which led the two to set everything else aside and make ¾ OZ what it is today.
