Founded by Heather Bolt, Dotty began with a simple solution to what Heather saw as shortcomings within her OWN closet - tops that flatter the belly, dresses with sleeves, and tunics that fall over the muffin top. 

Heather designs with a purpose - to flatter the female form while she lives her best life! You know...like eating, drinking, laughing with her best friends + of course feeling comfortable while looking stylish and put together. 

Heather is a wife, a mother of three, and a lover of vintage muscle cars, ruffles, tattoos, laughing, and red wine.
